Service Disclosures

The disclosures below describe the nature of the service National Auto Refund Group offers, the fee structure, and the limitations of what we can and cannot do on your behalf.

Effective May 24, 2026

1. Nature of the Service

National Auto Refund Group is a private refund recovery service. We assist consumers in identifying, filing, and pursuing refunds owed under their original finance and insurance (“F&I”) product contracts — including, among others, vehicle service contracts, guaranteed asset protection (GAP), tire & wheel protection, key replacement, paint & fabric protection, and similar ancillary products sold at the time of vehicle financing.

2. Not a Law Firm; Not Legal Advice

National Auto Refund Group is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. Nothing on our Site or in any communication from us should be interpreted as legal advice. Consumers seeking legal advice regarding their rights under any contract should consult a licensed attorney.

3. Not Affiliated

We are independent. We are not affiliated with:

  • any government agency, state or federal;
  • any vehicle dealership;
  • any lender or financing company;
  • any insurance carrier;
  • any F&I product administrator;
  • any law firm, class action, or court-approved settlement administrator.

4. Not a Class Action

We do not represent any class of claimants. Refund recovery is conducted on an individual basis pursuant to the original terms of each consumer’s individual F&I product contracts. We are not part of and do not administer any class-action settlement.

5. How Claims Are Pursued

Each claim is filed individually with the relevant product administrator — the company that issued or backs the F&I product contract. Refund amounts, eligibility, and timelines are determined by the administrator under the terms of the original contract. We prepare and submit the cancellation paperwork on your behalf and manage follow-up correspondence; we do not determine whether a refund is owed.

6. Compensation Structure

Our compensation is a contingency recovery fee only. We do not charge for:

  • document review;
  • eligibility analysis;
  • claim preparation;
  • administrator follow-up.

Our fee is a defined percentage of the refund actually recovered on your behalf, disclosed in writing in your service agreement before any claim is filed. If no refund is recovered, no fee is owed.

Where the original loan remains active, the administrator typically remits the refund to the lienholder and our fee is collected from the recovered amount per the terms of your service agreement.

7. No Guarantee of Outcome

No outcome is guaranteed. Whether a refund is owed and the amount of any refund depends on factors specific to each contract and administrator, including but not limited to:

  • the products purchased and their original terms;
  • the time elapsed and miles driven since purchase;
  • the administrator’s cancellation policies and fees;
  • the proof of qualifying event you can provide;
  • state law applicable to your contract.

Refund ranges presented on our Site (including the refund estimator, product table figures, and any preliminary estimate provided after submission) are illustrative only and do not represent guaranteed recoveries.

8. Geographic Limitations

Claim intake is currently open to residents of California, Nevada, Arizona, and Oregon. We are expanding to additional states; residents of other states may still submit a review request and will be contacted when intake opens in their state.

9. Right to File Directly

You are free at all times to file refund claims directly with product administrators yourself, at no cost. Engaging our Service is optional. We pursue claims as a convenience and on a contingency basis; consumers who wish to handle the process themselves are not required to use us.

10. Document Security

Documents you upload are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled storage. We retain them only as long as needed to administer your claim and to satisfy our legal and recordkeeping obligations. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.

11. Communications

By submitting your information, you authorize us to contact you regarding your claim by email, phone, and text message at the addresses and numbers you provide. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by reply.

12. Updates

We may update these disclosures from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with an “Effective” date.
